From a Dot~ Journey of Sun Yu-li
Do you know who is Sun Yu-li?
Sun Yu-li is an architect-turned-artist. Over the years, he has produced many different artworks. He has also found a "formal language of the metaphysical", which he coined it as the "Universal Language" for arts. His artworks are based on his "Universal Language", whereby he uses simple dots and lines to create different great masterpieces around Singapore, as well as in overseas, like Colombia.
Did you know that there are many iconic sculptures around Singapore that were created by him? To name a few, there are the "Dancer" that sits outside the building, facing Penang Road, the "Celestial Earth", located at the URA Centre, and the "Abundance III", that is located next to Suntec City, and many more.
Our artistic wing company, ArtBeatz, was honoured to be able to collaborate with him to publish a book on his journey of art discovery, accounting his life, his artworks as well as the various collaborative projects. In addition, they created a notebook to go along with the book.
